1Scope
This Policy explains what personal data InnerAxion™ ("we") collects, why, and your rights. It applies to app.inneraxion.ai and inneraxion.ai. We act as the data controller for account and usage data.
2Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, hashed password, and (if provided) mobile number for verification.
- Dilemma inputs: the decision you are weighing, the options (Paths) and criteria (Resonance Factors) you enter, and your conversation with the Resonator. We process these to generate your personalized recommendation.
- Saved decisions ("My Axions"): if you save a decision, we store it in your account — including its summary, the recommendation, and its scores — so you can return to it across devices and sessions. You can delete saved decisions in the app at any time.
- Behavioural & interaction signals: how you describe and weigh your dilemma — the emphasis and trade-offs you express — which we analyze to personalize the recommendation to you. (We describe this in plain terms deliberately; the specific method is proprietary.)
- Shared Dilemmas (multiplayer): when you create or join a shared decision, its title, description, options, and criteria are stored so that you and other participants can collaborate.
- Operational records: a short, truncated record of completed decisions, retained for usage metering and service operation.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and cookies used for login sessions, security, and abuse prevention.
- Transaction data: your purchases, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details (see Section 5).
3How we use data
- To provide the Service and generate personalized recommendations.
- To store and retrieve the decisions you choose to save.
- To personalize output based on your interaction signals (Section 2).
- To operate accounts, verify identity, meter usage, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send transactional email (verification, password reset, receipts).
- To improve the Service and maintain security.
Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performance of contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, improvement), and consent where required.
4Automated processing & profiling
Recommendations are produced by automated analysis and large language models, informed by the interaction signals described above. This is decision support: you always make the final decision, and no legally or similarly significant decision is made about you solely by automated means. You can contact us to ask about this processing.
5Service providers (processors)
We share data with providers strictly to operate the Service:
- Supabase — database hosting (account, saved decisions, and shared-dilemma data).
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI processing of your session input to generate recommendations. Your dilemma inputs are transmitted to Anthropic to produce output; they are not used by us to train models.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company) — payment processing as Merchant of Record; they receive the data needed to process your purchase and handle card data under their own privacy terms. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Each provider processes data under its own terms and applicable safeguards.
6International transfers
We and our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
7Retention
We keep your account data and saved decisions for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. You can delete saved decisions in the app at any time. Shared-dilemma content is retained while the shared decision is active. You may request full account deletion (Section 8), after which we remove your personal data except limited records we are required to keep by law.
8Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR/EEA, UK, California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
9Sensitive information
Please avoid entering special-category data (e.g. health, religion, precise financial identifiers) into decision sessions. If you choose to, you consent to its processing to provide the Service.
10Cookies
We use essential cookies for login sessions and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
11Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
